I have finished and about to send off my OASS item to my partner. The theme this time was Spring, and I thought instantly of daffodils, so made this cushion with daffodils as the hexis petals.

The little daffodil is a brooch which is sold in support of New Zealands annual Daffodil Day on August 31st. I always support this and buy at least one daffidol every year.

Such a lovely spring cushion Michell ... I have a pair of daffodil ear-rings that I bought years ago for Daffodil Day. I also used to buy a bunch of daffodils for Daffodil Day ... sadly haven't seen a similar thing here in Australia though.
